The process of rendering a fleeting biological moment into a permanent print requires specific care. It can be done cheaply, or it can be done right.

Matching the Subject to the Medium
The natural world is full of different textures and atmospheres, and the printing medium should reflect that. I offer a curated selection of finishes designed to complement the specific biology and environment of the subject. These are some of my chosen configurations:
- Hahnemühle Fine Art Papers: For terrestrial landscapes, woodland environments, and mammalian subjects, matte cotton papers are often the best choice. The organic, tactile surface of the paper complements the subtle details of fur and foliage, absorbing light naturally without harsh reflections.
- ChromaLuxe Aluminium: For underwater macro and marine subjects, I utilise ChromaLuxe metal prints. The image is infused directly into a coated aluminium panel. This process delivers high luminosity and deep contrast, effectively replicating the optical density of water. Presented unframed, the borderless aluminium provides a clean, structural finish that removes any visual distraction between the biological subject and your environment.
- Solid Wood Framing: To frame the natural world, the presentation should feel organic. The frames are crafted from solid, sustainably sourced woods, providing a clean, minimalist border that seamlessly integrates the image into your environment without distracting from the subject."

Nature is fleeting, but these prints are not. Every piece is produced using state-of-the-art archival pigment inks and museum-grade mounting techniques. This ensures your artwork is highly resistant to fading and degradation, preserving the exact light and colour of that specific moment in time for generations to come.
